The Anatomy of a mermaid

yes, thanks.
i hate when people draws mermaid’s tail like it was some sort of goddamn suit on normal human legs like this:

it just doesnt work

christmas has come early

Thank you.

christ thanks so much

Yeah I HATE when people draw mythical creatures that don’t exist wrong

Not only that, early depictions of mermaids have them depicted in similar ways, such as the lower legs fusing together into a tail or the mermaid merely two tails instead of legs, like the starbucks mermaid or having human legs and a tail

or in this case, the mermaid literally has a fish tail suit over human legs, similar to the seal skins used by silkies

People that complain about people drawing MYTHICAL CREATURES wrong when over the centuries they have been drawn and depicted in several different varieties. Fucking pretentious snob ass artists up in this bitch is all this is.

Moving out of the apartment

This is, without a doubt, the saddest photo I have ever seen in my ENTIRE LIFE.

10 Magical Pebble Paths That Flow Like Rivers

The garden or back-yard is one of the best places in a home for the home-owner to express their creative side. Why surround all those beautiful plants with an ugly path when you can create a creative stone garden path that looks like a work of art? We collected this list to show you what a well-done pebble garden path can look like.

River stones and pebbles worked really well for the projects in these pictures, but just about any stone can work as long as you can think of a cool design with it and turn it into a stable path.

Sticking tape on a frosted glass makes it see through. Air and glass have a very different refractive index, so if you have a rough glass surface, the incoming light is scattered in all directions, thus blurring the image you see through it.
Tape has a similar refractive index as glass, so if you stick it to frosted glass, the sticky material will fill out the little bumps in the glass. The non-sticky side is practically flat, so by sticking tape to the frosted side of glass that’s frosted on one side, you are essentially making it flat again, and making the glass clear.
